TERMS & CONDITIONS – SARDEGNA EXPERIENCE

These Terms & Conditions outline the services included in the trip, payment terms, cancellation policy, and general responsibilities related to your adventure in Sardinia and Corsica.


TOTAL PRICE

The total cost of the trip is €2200 per person.


1. RESERVATION & PAYMENT TERMS

  • A 50% deposit (€1100) is required to confirm your reservation and secure your spot on the catamaran during your chosen week.

  • The remaining 50% (€1100) must be paid upon check-in on the first day of the trip.

  • Reservations are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.


2. INCLUDED SERVICES

Accommodation

  • 7 nights aboard a catamaran.

  • Shared double cabin accommodation.

  • A private cabin may be arranged at an additional cost (upon request and subject to availability).

Activities

  • 6 full days of guided activities across Northern Sardinia and Southern Corsica.

  • Main focus on Kitesurfing, Winging and Sailing (depending on weather conditions).

  • Additional activities may include Stand Up Paddle (SUP), snorkeling and trekking.

  • We will move the boat daily based on the forecast to find the best possible conditions for water sports and exploration.

Meals

  • All breakfasts and lunches included on board.

  • 4 dinners included on board.

  • 3 dinners will take place at local restaurants of the guest’s choice and are not included in the trip price.

  • Personalized menus available (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, etc. upon request).

Not Included

  • Flights and airport transfers.

  • Personal travel insurance (mandatory).

  • Any personal expenses or purchases made outside the services described above.

  • Rental equipment (participants must bring their own gear: kite, wing, foil, etc.).


3. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Up to 60 days before departure: The 50% initial deposit will be refunded.

  • Less than 60 days before departure: The 50% initial deposit will not be refunded.

  • In case of trip cancellation by the organizer (e.g. due to force majeure or insufficient bookings), participants will receive a refund of the 50% initial deposit.


4. LIABILITY & INSURANCE

  • All participants are required to have valid travel and health insurance that includes coverage for water sports activities.   • A copy or proof of this insurance will be requested prior to the start of the trip. 

  • The organizer is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damage to personal belongings or equipment that may occur during the experience. 

  • Each participant is solely responsible for assessing and ensuring their own physical condition, health status, and technical skill level are adequate for participating safely in the activities offered.
